Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Never, they are very reliable. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to relax during your appointment?
