Thank goodness for Dr. Wolfson. Within a two-week span, he evaluated my issue at the initial appointment, promptly scheduled and performed TURBT surgery for a bladder tumor, and followed up with a post-op evaluation and pathology report. He listened to my questions and offered thorough answers, aimed to minimize my discomfort, and was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle and the rest of his staff were friendly, efficient, and responsive.

Brad Wolfson MD has been my urologist for about five years. Related to my age and gender, I have prostate problems, including cancer. I have a favorable impression of Dr. Wolfson's professional practice. He is knowledgeable, experienced, competent, and focused in my treatment. His office appears organized and well run. I have no complaints about his service.

Dr. Wolfson, Please hire a minimum wage person to at least answer the phone and help your patients. Im guessing that you are overloaded with Medicare patients and thats why you cant spend more than 3 or 4 minutes with each person. The customer service is declining every year.

Worst customer service ever! 14 days of calling 2 times a day for an appointment with no response. Very sad that they have no regard for what could be life threatening conditions. Run away from any referrals to this physician.

Dr. Wolfson has always been extremely competent, attentive and understanding to me thorough the years. He got rid of my kidney stone many years ago and continues to treat my urology challenges. As a retired teacher, I would give him an A+.

THE MOST DISGUSTING MEDICAL OFFICE I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS, THEY NEVER FORWARD YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO YOUR PHARMACY, THEY TREAT PATIENTS AS TOTAL DIRT AND SCUM. THEY DON'T CARE A BIT ABOUT THE PATIENT, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, APPARENTLY JUST COLLECT REFERRAL FEES AND DISCARD THE PATIENT AS IRRELEVANT TO THEM. VERY, VERY DISTURBING AND RATE A NEGATIVE 100 ON A SCALE OF 1-10. GO HERE IF YOU WANT NEVER ENDING FRUSTRATION OVER THE SIMPLEST OF REQUESTS.

I would love to give this doctor a review, but I have been calling for a week and left several messages and no one has called me back just to make an appointment. I have my referral and would love to know if I have a cyst or a tumor on my kidney. They either need more help or they just don’t give a crap.

Dr. Wolfson is a very insensitive and arrogant urologist who runs his office like a production line whereby he gives very time and attention to his patients. His negligence caused me a life threatening condition that required spending over ten days in the hospital. He is neither understanding nor compassionate. His office staff is rude, remiss, and do not answer phones and return calls, even to nurse practitioners. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Wolfson to anyone.

I can only review this office from my experience with the staff. I had a referral sent by my Primary dr. It arrived on Monday. I came by their office n person on Tues to ask about the referral. They said it wasn't there. The girl at the front was put off by my in person visit. I said I had trouble reaching the referral lady by phone. She told me, "Go home & wait for the referrall in the mail." It came, dated the Monday before. Another week and 5 phone calls, no response. Terrible service.
