DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONES AND OR CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND CALL LITERALLY 15 TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERS ONLY TO GET "We are just so busy" funny I work in a fast paced customer service office setting too and that's the LAST excuse we use when we are busy. I went to VW Smiles and it’s anything but something to smile about! They screwed up my partials not once, not twice but 3 times!! I was cool about the whole thing and promised a refund in full for the inconvenience. I said I was good with that and said I wouldn’t be giving them a bad review in here. dentist wouldn't even call my sons craniofacial team to ask them about his teeth. Not going back here.
Dr Mattin is just the nicest dr. all his staff is very pleasant also. will keep going to there office
My daughter was a new patient and due to us not being able to find the building we were late. The lady at the desk was VERY rude!! I called and no one answered so we just kept driving around, we finally found it and they refused to see us until over an hour later!! I told her “we aren’t from around here” and she literally rolled her eyes. We won’t be back, and I suggest you guys get another receptionist who can actually be nice to patients.

they do a rush job because most their patient are on medicaid
