This is the third time buying/selling a home with the Wolff Real Estate Group. They say 'third times a charm', but all three experiences have been extremely positive. Selling a home in Parker, CO shouldn't be difficult, but right now, if you do not know the market you are selling in, a home can sit or require decreasing the asking price.
