Today I had my heat pump serviced for the up coming summer season. The young man, Eric did and outstanding job telling what he would be doing and got right to work. He even helped me with the location of the filter and how to take out and replace. Thank you Erick! Jodie Withers

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are scammers. Here's what happened: My 9 year old furnace went out. I paid a $99 diagnostic fee for the technician to come out and inspect my furnace. The service tech (Francisco?...I don't remember his name) said I needed a control board, capacitor, and blower motor. He said the control board was burnt, the blower motor was locked up and there were signs of a leak inside the motor and the capacitor did not pass manufacturer specifications.
