As a realtor a lot of what I do depends on quality of service and follow through. My parents used Wolfe and sons to service their furnace on 8/29/17. They (Wolfe) tell me part of that maintenance is clearing out the drainage pipes and making sure there are no clogs. I walked into a big mess this morning due to a clog and the water backing up. We used Wolfe and Sons a few years ago and were happy with the job they did. When our AC conked out this evening, we still had Tims cell number and shot him a text. He was here within 90 minutes and stayed until 10:30PM to make sure we had a working AC. Great guy and business, and with 2 babies in the house we are very grateful.
Called this morning because our very old AC went out last night. They managed to fit us in and had us cooled off by 3pm, at a very reasonable cost. We've used Wolfe and Sons in the past, and each time our repair guys have been super knowledgeable with no hard sell at all. Totally trust them. So much so, that we plan to purchase our next AC from them.
I just want to let everyone know the people at wolf & sons do great work. very professional and very trustworthy. Thanks to all the great staff at wolf & sons for repairing my furnace. In my book there the best.
Gordie came out on a Saturday evening when my furnace wasn't working correctly. He was thorough and figured out what was wrong quickly. I highly recommend!
Very professional and honest. They told us what needed to be done and what did not. They give options and even looked into checking what coverage we didn't even know was available. We highly recommend this family company.

Just had Wolfe and Sons contracted by my rental agency to fix my furnace and the response time was amazing- I wish I could remember the name of the guy who was here (he wearing a Bears hat if that helps, to whomever at Wolfe and Sons that may be reading this- He deserves kudos!) because he was super friendly and did a great job of getting our problem resolved quickly! They have zero interest in helping their customers; only in making money. They won't sell you parts to fix a simple problem for $25 because they'll make $600.00 to come out and "fix it". They wouldn't even tell me where I could buy it (although they knew because the guy behind the desk said that it was their "policy" to not tell. Imagine how much a company like that is marking up their service and other parts. They're guaranteed to take advantage of your lack of knowledge and stick you with a ridiculous price.
