Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I have an insurance co-pay for visits but apparently none of their lab work is covered by my insurance because of whate... read more

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me.
