Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Yes, I was scared to say anything Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain
