Some maintenance people came over today t get some things done around the house. I was especially pleased with the electrician who went above and beyond to see that our switches were wired safely (which they were not originally). He replaced batteries in smoke detectors making sure one was in each room. All the burned out bulbs are replaced as well. Please pass along to his supervisor that he deserves a raise!
I am still just getting settled in but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all your help! You guys made the process so easy and I'm so happy to own a home in Santa Barbara!

I neglected to thank you and the Wolfe team for the fantastic service provided to us. There was a service work order for the replacement of the kitchen blind and faucet. Both men who worked on the order were very pleasant, professional, clean and informative.
I wanted to say that I have been renting with you guys off and on for 6 years. I have been so very happy with your company and Thank you for all the help you gave us finding this place last year, also a safe place to leave our child living on his own.
