Chris Wooley was so helpful, professional and diligent in helping us find our dream car. He asked the right questions, found exactly what we were looking for and followed up after we bought the vehicle to make sure everything was working properly and we did not have any issues.
Took car to be serviced and told service consultant what I needed. Then told him we were promised a free oil change. They fixed a recall and said they changed oil but they had not last time we took van in. Was told they could not honor my word. Ok, told him thank you and that it was put in records. They found records but changed what we were told. Thanks Wolfchase Honda!! We will do our business somewhere else from now on.
The 1 star rating applies ONLY TO MARTAVIOUS IN THE SERVICE DEPT AT WOLFCHASE HONDA!!! My salesman (MICKEY HARMON I PREVIOUSLY GAVE A 5 star review as my family and I have always trusted him with our car purchases () Mickey has been wonderful through the years and he helped me yesterday (jumped my Honda off so I could make it to Autozone) AFTER MARTAVIOUS CHARGED ME $100 for NOTHING. ** . Also a person with a bad attitude should really not be in the customer service business
