Ms. Shay McGirt was very patient with my daughter throughout the entire process. She answered all of her questions and went beyond to assist her!
I scheduled my car with the service department. Jose took great care of me, was very interested in what I had to say, even got in my car with me to see the issue. They had to order parts and Jose was able to retrieve them a day faster than anticipated. In and out and everything is in proper order. I need to thank the technician as well, I think it was Reginald. Thanks wolf chase for hiring and retaining great people.
Karla Sosa was an EXCELLENT sales agent. Extremely friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Has still been very helpful after my purchase. My only gripe was with the financing part, which was done by a different agent. I feel that some of the add on options were not explained very well and very expensive. He would also change the options’ pricing but wouldn’t explain the price changes. But it was still a great experience overall. Loving my car so far!!
