April 23,2026. Went for a oil change everything went fine until the technicia park my vehicle in the handicap spot when he got done servicing my vehicle I’m not handicap and that should be reserved for someone that is handicap and it sait there a good 20 minutes waiting on the paperwork so they could close out the tickets handicap spaces should be reserved for those that truly needed it. Luckily no one came by that was handicap and needed to park there,
My wife Susie and I had a wonderful experience at Wolfchase Chrysler, Dodge. Our salesman Brian and manager Stuart didn't pressure us like we had endured at a different dealer. Brian took the time to listen to us and assess our needs. We ended up buying a Chrysler Pacifica Limited the next day at a very good price. We have a much nicer car than we ever imagined. Thank you.

Worst Experience from a Service Department. We sent our customer in for service to diagnose a faulty starting system. We Got the diagnosis From the Service advisor and paid for the repairs. Our customer picked up the vehicle and did not make it two miles down the street. Now they want to charge us again for their mis diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department at all cost.
