Sierra and staff were so helpful! We Live out of state and our boat is stored in a storage in Lake Havasu. She was able to coordinate with the storage place pick it up to the work to our new Mastercraft NXT 22 and was in full communication during the whole process and I can’t say enough good things about these people. . Wolf has been there for me on 3 separate occasions now, I don’t own a master craft but I have an indmar engine. On top of having an indmar I have an incompetent dealer. On two of the occasions I was told by my current dealer “everything is fine” or “we fixed the issue” then gotten to the launch ramp with the same issue after driving the boat 4.5 hours each way back to SoCal. Came to Havasu for vacation and had V drive problems. I walked into the dealership and ashley and Jeremy where there to help me get my boat back up and running. They are amazing people and I will recommend them to anyone with a surf boat. Very knowledgeable. Staff is amazing. Thank you Duffy for your help as well. Will be seeing this lake havasu team again next month.
