Counselors were manipulative and kept telling me things that didn't make sense just to keep me in their "program". Basically no motivation from counselors. When I get myself motivated, counselor would tell me not to feel that way 🤨. Rights,and boundaries were destroyed and the substance abuse team at wolfpack participated in a real way. These people have little idea what they are doing, and no regard for the consequences their actions have when you act inside of the lives of people without consent. Being called arrogant, and being told that I don't know who I am,all in an effort to make changes based on personal preferences are all that I got. Angels work here. They are always ready to go the extra mile and are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel blessed to have access to this care.
We waited on a "waitlist" for 2 years and today tell us they can't offer temporary virtual appointments due to a complicated situation our family is in. I thought mental health services were supposed to be individualized- meeting people where they are at? I am beyond dissatisfied with this place. STOP ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS ON YOUR WAITLIST IF THEY ARE GOING TO WAIT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
So, I wrote another review when I was in a middle of a situation that had no clearity. Now that the samething happened with another therapist and my lawyer getting that ROI. I found out the truth and this therapist actually was actually trying to help me. Because she didn't say anything that was on the court report. I want to apologize to my former therapist. However I had a few issues with the prescriber and another person. So still four stars.
