These folks are manipulative, cause harm and are in this for money only. They say they're there to help and they are not. Apparently they get excitement and self ritousness calling child services on people over missing appointments that they themselves have canceled. You're doing more harm to families than good.
Counselors were manipulative and kept telling me things that didn't make sense just to keep me in their "program". Basically no motivation from counselors. When I get myself motivated, counselor would tell me not to feel that way 🤨. As well as manipulating my relationship with my parner and my family members and uses children/infants to take advantage of single mothers' weaknesses. Rights,and boundaries were destroyed and the substance abuse team at wolfpack participated in a real way. These people have little idea what they are doing, and no regard for the consequences their actions have when you act inside of the lives of people without consent. Being called arrogant, and being told that I don't know who I am,all in an effort to make changes based on personal preferences are all that I got. Angels work here. They are always ready to go the extra mile and are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel blessed to have access to this care.
We waited on a "waitlist" for 2 years and today tell us they can't offer temporary virtual appointments due to a complicated situation our family is in. I thought mental health services were supposed to be individualized- meeting people where they are at? I am beyond dissatisfied with this place. STOP ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS ON YOUR WAITLIST IF THEY ARE GOING TO WAIT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
