We chose Jan and Gene Wolf to sell our family's land based on their many years of experience. They explained every part of the selling process and patiently and sensitively answered questions and concerns as they came up. They were always available by phone and email. We had a somewhat emotional issue involving a neighbor's easement and they led us through it to an acceptable end for all. We greatly appreciated their guidance and expertise. They are both honest and genuinely nice people.
