This is our go to spot when we come & visit from California. #Californialoveswolflodge steaks are cooked to perfection.
The group I was there with was great and I have been there MANY times over the years. This time as well as the last I have found that the quality of steak and how it was prepared was terrible. It was way over smoked (almost like they used liquid smoke) and hardly seasoned. All of the steaks were horribly undercooked and because I never send a meal back, I just boxed it up and made Steak and eggs the next morning. Looks like the lodge has gone downhill. I can say that the server was pleasant to deal with.
