We spent $40 here for two cars. The drier barely worked, the mat cleaner didn’t work, and my vacuum at home would have done a better job. Do not go here.
went to zips for the first time today. car came out with scratches all down the driver's side of the car. won't be back at this point.
Won’t do anything to get the bugs ... I’ve been through 4 times... both people working spray a little and that’s it. The bugs are still on car. I said something and they’re doing nothing. Wish I hadn’t gotten a membership.
Got a car wash membership for a birthday present earlier this year. It’s gone UP $4 A MONTH since! What a rip off!!! They don’t even tell you it’s going up. Noticed it on our bank statement. I’ll do it myself. That’s bad business. If you sell an annual membership for x dollars, honor that for the entire year. Don’t recommend Zips at all!
Just got through going in the car wash and the kid working the car wash knocked on my window and told me to roll down my window. When I did he told me to put my foot on the break which I told him my foot wasn’t on the brake and my truck was in neutral. He then turned around and pressed the button to start the car wash while my window was down and got soap sprayed all over me, my food and the interior of the truck. Left the hatch of my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with soap and dirt the girl working there this evening blames it on my van. This van is factory with no ad ones so how could it be my van she was very rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t ever deal with public the pics below you can see all the dirt still there

Last night the truck in front of us jumped the track and rolled back into us. Their hitch left a hole in our front bumper. I have never been treated as unprofessionally as the manager treated my wife and i last night!
