The self service car wash wasn't working right. Left my car covered in soap. They offered me a free ride thru wash. These guys are awesome. I love it.
If i could give less than one star i certainly would. Couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied with this car wash. I regularly used this car wash on a weekly basis. Today as I was going through the automatic car wash it ripped my drivers side mirror off my car. When I told the man in the office he replied with "unfortunately we aren't responsible for mirrors." he proceeded to point towards a sign that had listed all the things they weren't responsible for. My car was damaged while going through the automatic wash. The attendants were very nice but did not tape my rear wiper down and now it is hanging down and broken in 3 places. After 5 days, the manager finally called me back and I was told that their policy is not to cover damages. He did state that this has happened to another car of my same make and model. Although they are aware that this is a problem, they accept none of the responsibility for the damages and have an attitude on top of it. Terrible customer service!
So rather than shutting off the machines so it won't take your money or credit card they turn off the soap. Shut off the vacuums while your in the middle of using them. I usually use a car wash about 3 times a week and this one is the usual one I use. You asshats, put a sign or something. A car wash with no soap or foam brush is useless. I will take my 20 bucks and go somewhere else.

The vacuums go off at 8:00 pm (closing time) unless we close early due to weather. He should have given you a heads up. He is a new guy so I'll be talking to him. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Great car wash for a great price! I love to be able to take as much time as I need to vacuum my car with the free vacuums. Highly recommend!
Best carwash around. Great wash and the vacuums are amazing.........get there for a fresh, clean ride!!!!
