My first impression of the office was it looked like a quait, clean, and neat place from the exterior. When I walked inside the facility the scent was inviting and calming. After checking in with front office the the representative was very pleasant and non intimidating. My wait time from check-in to the back office was very short. Dr Mai and associates are top notch. Dr Mai is the gentleness dentist I have ever encountered. Polly the hygientist is top notch. Georgin the receptionist is a wealth of knowledge and information. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Mai is great and really cares about her patients and their teeth. I had a root canal in a lower back tooth. The tooth was almost completely decayed but Dr. Mai took the time and was able to save what was left of the tooth even though the root canal was intense and took a big chunk of time out of her afternoon. Very much appreciated.

Dr. Mai and her staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Even though I was experiencing dental pain upon my arrival, I was put at ease and examined throughly to find out the cause of my pain. Through the dentist and her staff I am able to receive prompt Entodonic follow up care the next day. I highly recommend Elite Dentistry.
