Had a new filling yesterday. They used a new technique for giving a numbing injection into my gum area. Was expecting it to be painful. Did not feel a thing. Thanks to Dr. Pugh and Jodi for their humor which put me at ease and their great professionalism while doing the work.
The new dental vibe they used today, made receiving the local anesthetic virtually painless. This may just be the biggest advance in dental technology anesthetics. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. Overall an outstanding experience.
The calm yet upbeat staff set the stage for a relaxed session.( I noted coverings on the X-ray slides and wires not used at my last office)! I appreciate the time Dr. Pugh spent evaluating my situation and our in-depth discussion and logical steps in his 9 year plan!! You all made me relaxed and showed concern. Again, thank you,
