I am new to the CNY area and was looking for a new dentist. Dr. Pugh and the entire office staff are great to work with. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and email reminders were helpful. Dr. Pugh was great at explaining what work needed to be performed and guiding me through the treatment process including sedation treatment options.
