Check BBB, make him sign Contract to stand by work! – We had him build some retaining walls, a concrete patio with a fire pit, sod and sprinkler system, and landscaping around the house. It was awesome - although the retaining wall is not even. No big deal. Concrete patio had a hot tub on it, which we told him where we were going to put it at, and to make sure the concrete was thick enough to support the weight (knew this ahead of time).
