What's great about WOC Fitness is that it's the best of both worlds. You have the freedom to come and go as you please at all hours of the day and night. There is also a variety of popular classes for people looking for more of a group atmosphere. Great equipment, great people. They also offer child care which I look forward to taking advantage of one day.
24/7 availability, I love every workout day here!!
I really like WOC Fitness. Its laid back and you can workout without feeling like people are watching you or judging you. I just took an awesome Zumba class with Lindsey O. If you have a chance to take her class, she is awesome and will give you a fun and challenging Zumba experience! I'm hoping she will be a new addition to WOC'S Zumba instructors! Love her.
I really love this gym. Everyone is so nice and encouraging and nice, they offer an unbelievable amount of classes including in Ocean Pines at very affordable prices. The instructors are truly excellent.
