Recently joined WOC Fitness and SO GLAD I DID!! After checking out other gyms in OC area... Love the numerous classes.. strength training, tone and burn, kickboxing, zumba, and yes yoga, pilates, weight control ~ and to include all the equipment one would want. Plus open 24/7 with 55 classes per week!! How can one not participate! Instructors..trainers.. outgoing and helpful! All ages all levels! And everyone kind, thoughtful n helpful plus encouragement!!
