I have been with Dr. Ahuja for several years. He is accessible, compassionate, and has a wonderful bedside manner. When I call the office for appointments, test results, prescriptions, or any concerns, I always get great service from ANDY who also gets messages to the office staff and the doctors. Lastly the office staff, especially TRACY is always attentive, kind and responsive to your needs. I really love this location and drive out of my way to go there.
The woman that just called me from this office was awful.She didn’t help with my issues and treated me like a scumbag.She wanted to go over my medical history and proceeded to scream at me on the phone.She was rude unprofessional and should not be a doctor.I am totally disgusted and I did record the whole conversation.I will be taking this to higher up.
Won’t take me as a new client bad place
I’ve been with Dr Ahuja since he was at Alden Medical Group. After I moved out to Cheektowaga and being switched to a new primary doctor after he left, I was happy to find out he practices close to my area so I re-established care. I’ve had no issues with wait times at my appointments and so far I have been happy with this location. I wouldn’t give 5 stars if I didn’t recommend him. Didn’t take me long to get a new patient consult either.
Dr. Ahuja is Amazing! The first good Doctor I've had in 53 years. My Dad and Mom now go there. She is off all her meds except blood pressure. Ozempic eliminated her diabetes meds. I have been a Roswell patient since 2016. Dr. Ahuja reads the charts does the math and gives us life lengthening care.
