My apartment was remodeled, beautifully updated all new carpets appliances ceramic tile maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love my neighbors, totally relaxed environment . This manager “John” from other reviews must no longer be with them.
Rented from here for 5 years. The guy they had managing the properties at first was nice and personable. Then we had to deal with John after that. He's a terrible person, absolutely miserable and judgemental. Someone I know rented from here too, they didn't pay one month and he called ME demanding money!!! Terrible customer service, would never suggest anyone to rent from here. Not even mentioning the ignored updating or renovation of anything. Maintenance slow to make repairs. Basement constantly floods. Can hear everything that goes on in the building as if there’s no insulation. I could say more but I’ll sum it up with… look elsewhere if you can.
Literally only called to inquire about an apartment recently posted online. Not sure who I spoke with but he was very nasty. Come to find out the apartments won’t even be ready for about another 6 weeks.
