My grip is they never answer the phone! Also, the last 2 times I've order online, the order has been wrong. I order the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms--no mushrooms. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy...now, its not even an option when ordering online. I have to order online and take the take food back because THEY. DO. NOT. ANSWER. THE. PHONE! SMH...what happened? When yall first opened, I was happy with service. I was ordering there at least once a week.
We've been coming here for awhile and the customer service is always friendly. The space is very clean (love that) and as long as you dine in, the food is consistently good. I lived in Atlanta for 13 years so I'm really picky about my wings. I did notice a difference in food/order quality when we ordered take out. So that's why I recommend you dine in b/c everything comes out hot and fresh.
Uber eats order. "Dairy allergy" not scrape the cheese off and they will not notice. $100.42 plus the Uber eats fees and tip!! And it's wrong..... The portions are small. We should have just ordered from carry out on 218.
