Placed an online order, got the confirmation text and email, show up and their system is down, they refused to make the food, refused to help with a refund. Gave me a bogus corporate number that no one answers. Filed out the contact us form on the website. I doubt anyone will reach out. Going to have to dispute the charges. Unbelievably rude, never again will I bother with this location.
Lawd the food was great! Well seasoned 🤤 I'm full. Before I went there I did see the reviews and there was some negative ones but trust me when I say the food is worth it! Only bad thing for me is I live 20 minutes away and it is Sunday so I couldn't get my food home while it was hot,hot but it was still good. Not really sure what's been happening to this place but there is a whole drsmatic change to this place. There is hole on the roof leaking water, the protein amount on the cheese steaks has been lowerered than usual and when you ask and pay for extra wet wings, they dont do it. I had been a Loyal customer despite their ridiculous high prices only for the food quality but now,there is absolutely no reason why to keep coming here and dealing with the poor customer service as well.
