Not really sure what's been happening to this place but there is a whole drsmatic change to this place. There is hole on the roof leaking water, the protein amount on the cheese steaks has been lowerered than usual and when you ask and pay for extra wet wings, they dont do it. I had been a Loyal customer despite their ridiculous high prices only for the food quality but now,there is absolutely no reason why to keep coming here and dealing with the poor customer service as well. Best price for wings. Love the register lady, she is so nice and friendly. Great customer service. Food is really good.
The franchise should investigate this location for deliberately going cheap and giving micro sized wings presumably to save costs. One of the wings was barely larger than the head of a toothbrush. Ordered once and had terribly sized wings. A year later made the mistake of accidentally ordering from this location again via uber eats and same issue. Do yourself a favor and order from any other location. This spot is not to par.
I ordered a shrimp fried rice from this location. The rice was with mixed meat, chicken and barely any shrimp???? Coming from a pescatarian who didnt ask for meat or chicken it really pissed me tf off.
