I love coming here to eat always have a great experience until today ordered the tailgate that y’all have and it was a disappointment. Asked for wow and mild sauce as dipping sauce expecting the tenders to be plain just to see that they were tossed in mild sauce. Had to take them as is since I was in a rush and for the price of the tailgate it says we get 3 sides, only got one little box of fries. I placed an order online For a burger, Paid extra for cheese And requested house sauce. It even shows on my order receipt. Yet I got a burger with no cheese or no house sauce. The individuals working need to pay more attention to these orders when they come in. Also, the girl working at the front looked extra disgusted when she seen me walking back into the store to question my order, I see why they get so many bad reviews, never again!
I've eaten here several times. I was skeptical at first but the food is really good and the people are friendly.
Muy ricas las alitas y la comida en general, lo malo es que las alitas no las mojan bien estan muy secas y lo hacen asi para que uno pague por el extra , antes no era asi , no se si es la chica que atiende que siempre quiere cobrar todo o es la administracion me parece muy mal este servico.
