Kadasia S at the front is just on their phone, no attention to me and input my order incorrectly, however I didn't complain about that. They answer the phone with "hello" and "who is this" not "thank you for calling wings & burgers" She is NOT meant for customer service. The food was okay, can't complain about that The bathrooms? Locked, says ask for a key. I asked Kadasia for a key and she says there is no key and to use a card (that she got from a jacket behind her) and suggested I pry it open. I can vouch for how you are treated when you walk in. Some employees are hateful and act as if they don’t want to be there. Cell phones are a problem too. And then the option for a tip? Why should I give a tip to someone who is rude and barely does their job. Also food quality has went down so much lately. About the last three times it was disgusting. I should have notified someone working there. Some of the chicken had a horrible smell, almost rotten and some not even done. Sorry to complain but something needs to be done.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in for wings and the girl at the counter had the worst attitude.She didn’t speak I asked her how was she doing she responded I’m ok with an attitude and no response back so.I went on to order my food after I was done I paid her with cash she dropped my change in a hole in the counter and told me that I was not going to be able to get it ,because she was not going to get it.I ask for a manager she told me that it’s no manager on duty.
