The restaurant is under new ownership and the entire menu has been revamped. There are now many more options, the food is delicious, and everything tastes fresh. Also, K Bingsu is one of the best desserts I've had. Highly recommended!
The girl at the counter today had an attitude for no reason, didn’t say anything, and played on her phone the whole time, I still tipped 2$ for horrible service on a to go order, then when my food was ready she just said “hey” and stuck her arm out with my food in a Kroger bag, just for me to drive home and take a bit of raw wings. Don’t eat at this place until they figure something out.
Kadasia S at the front is just on their phone, no attention to me and input my order incorrectly, however I didn't complain about that. They answer the phone with "hello" and "who is this" not "thank you for calling wings & burgers" She is NOT meant for customer service. The food was okay, can't complain about that The bathrooms? Locked, says ask for a key. I asked Kadasia for a key and she says there is no key and to use a card (that she got from a jacket behind her) and suggested I pry it open.
