By far the worst burger I have ever put in my mouth. It was burned black on both sides and very tough. Threw both combos away after one bite. $20+ down the disposal. The two clerks at the counter were far more interested in their conversation and cell phone than the customers. The drink dispenser was out of most options. I will not be back.
I had a terrible experience at WNB Factory. The cashier was touching his face and body, then handling food without gloves or washing his hands. When I politely suggested better hygiene, he was extremely rude and dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I didn’t feel safe eating there and left without ordering. If this is how the front handles food, I can’t imagine what’s happening in the kitchen. Definitely won’t be returning!
