Their parking policies are vindictive.
Staff could be more personable / friendly.
This is the worst organization on campus. Mismanaged, money-grabbing, doesnt care about the students whatsoever. It's an awful stain on what Western is trying to do.
Do you like fun? Do you like positivity? Do you like your happiness? Well parking service can take all that away from you! For a small fee starting at $25 they can complete ruin your day! Thanks!

Yeah they suck. Even if yiu try to play by their greasy rules you still get screwed.
