Highly recommend this office. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Dr Agochiya is wonderful, friendly, and listens well.
Is so frustrating, always is long wait and always the doctors there is not professional. I went there all my pregnancy and today went for my postpartum C section. The visit with the midwife was a joke after long wait she came give me pad says put this in there you all set . She did even check if it is healing properly didn’t even asking anything. Very long wait. They tell you to get to your appointment 15 minutes before and make you wait up to 45 min to an hour in the exam room for a 10 min visit. It’s ridiculous. Dr Pollio is lovely. However, the midwife’s suggestions are questionable and seem more personal rather than medical based. Also the on call physician does not exist, and when you call for questions to the on call physician the phone hangs up. Not so helpful when you’re experiencing a cold while pregnant. The worst experience ever! Appointment was at 1:45, My daughter came at 1:15, She was seeing by the doctor at 3:30!!!! 2 hrs 15 min waiting time Zero stars! Why yo ruin first appointment for 24 years old young girl?
This is my FIRST time ever posting a negative review. I would not have done it this time either, had your office at least made an attempt to apologize or see how things can be worked out. I had a scheduled appointment. After waiting 10 minutes I was called into the exam room. After waitng in the room for a 1/2 hour I called the front desk telling them about the long wait and that the AC is not working either. (Was like 85 degrees in there.)
