had a very frustrating experience at this practice. The wait times are extremely long, and the communication between the staff is nonexistent. The nurse takes the time to ask for your concerns, but once the doctor or midwife enters, they ask the exact same questions because they clearly haven't spoken to each other. When I did raise my concerns, I couldn't get a straight answer. It feels like they aren't listening and don't have the answers you need.

Waited FOUR MONTHS for this appointment. Arrived exactly at the time stated in their text message and was sent away. Only after arriving did they claim I was supposed to come 30 minutes earlier for paperwork — something that was never clearly communicated. I apologized and asked for understanding. There was zero empathy, no apology, and no attempt to help. Worst part: they refused to reschedule me at all after wasting four months of my time. Completely unprofessional, poorly managed, and disrespectful. Avoid this office.

They don't answer their phone or return calls. Ever. No communication. The phone rings for hours and no one picks up. Sometimes it even hangs up on you before transferring you to the operator. I have called approx 10 times today and every time they pick up and hang up. I have bloodwork that came in 3 weeks ago with no explanation. I cannot believe this is still in operation. I called the office of patient experience and shocker- no response.

Read the reviews and make your decision from there. This office went downhill drastically since they relocated and have new staff. I miss all the old girls. At 9 months pregnant, dealing with rude, cold and unsympathetic women is the last thing I want. The doctors are great, staff who do vitals too. Do yourself a favor and go to Pomona instead.

After waiting 1 month and a half for the appointment. We arrived couple of minutes late, even tho we did pre check in online and completed the form at home, and we drove 40 minutes to get to the office. They didn’t let us in, they said we were too late and doctor is busy. This is ridiculous, after waiting too long for an appointment, and they don’t wait couple of minutes for us.
