Before I got to my first OB appointment, I had to go to the ER for pain and bleeding. ER instructed me to follow up with the OB in 48 hours for repeat bloodwork as an ectopic cannot be ruled out unless yolk sac was seen which it was not. I called the office Monday 5/4. They stated they needed my hospital records and would call me back. I told them I needed bloodwork by 5/5 as I’m trying to rule out ectopic. had a very frustrating experience at this practice. The wait times are extremely long, and the communication between the staff is nonexistent. The nurse takes the time to ask for your concerns, but once the doctor or midwife enters, they ask the exact same questions because they clearly haven't spoken to each other. When I did raise my concerns, I couldn't get a straight answer. It feels like they aren't listening and don't have the answers you need.
