They don't answer their phone or return calls. Ever. No communication. The phone rings for hours and no one picks up. Sometimes it even hangs up on you before transferring you to the operator. I have called approx 10 times today and every time they pick up and hang up. I have bloodwork that came in 3 weeks ago with no explanation. I cannot believe this is still in operation. I called the office of patient experience and shocker- no response.
Read the reviews and make your decision from there. This office went downhill drastically since they relocated and have new staff. I miss all the old girls. At 9 months pregnant, dealing with rude, cold and unsympathetic women is the last thing I want. The doctors are great, staff who do vitals too. Do yourself a favor and go to Pomona instead.
After waiting 1 month and a half for the appointment. We arrived couple of minutes late, even tho we did pre check in online and completed the form at home, and we drove 40 minutes to get to the office. They didn’t let us in, they said we were too late and doctor is busy. This is ridiculous, after waiting too long for an appointment, and they don’t wait couple of minutes for us.
The worst!!! I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment. Had my registration already completed online. Watched receptionist Debbie/Deborah check in a woman before me and she was sweet as pie. For some personal reason as soon as I approached with a good morning Im checking in she became rude and unsympathetic as the interaction continued. Highly recommend this office. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Dr Agochiya is wonderful, friendly, and listens well.
