The nurses on the fourth (medical/surgical) floor are not only significantly understaffed, but also shockingly mean, even antagonistic, to patients, including the elderly. If you have to stay here, have the contact information of a patient advocate readily available. Phyllis M. Yezzo, chief nursing officer, will be my first call or e-mail as I try to figure out why this hospital can’t staff itself appropriately.
I had 2 surgeries at this hospital in the same year. December and may! Only good things from this hospital! Highly recommend this amazing children's hospital. All the nurses and doctors made me feel so comfortable during my many surgical and non surgical stays!!! We love mfch. Forever greatful!
My grand daughter was born here with a heart condition and she is home after a month and a half ,doing well . I just want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all your care you all went above and beyond . I will never forget your kindness
My mom and my grandmother were seen this week in the ER. Amazing care!
There cannot be better review then me telling you that they have saved my daughter’s life here! Every single staff member from pediatric emergency to pediatric neurology where my daughter was admitted were amazing and took great care of not just my daughter but my husband and I as well! I highly recommend this hospital to all parents!
