Competent and professional. I had another leak in the 1 inch copper service inside the wall of my garage. Called the office and was immediately scheduled a service call for the same day. The plumber Freddie arrived on time and quickly got to work. The work done was better than I expected and the charge was within my expectation. Much Thanks!
Leo came out to fix a backed up sink and he was absolutely delightful and professional, he was able to unclog the pipe and saved the day!! I highly recommend Wm Rieck Plumbing and Leo!!
This is a locally owned family business. Joey, one of the owners, was very friendly and easy to talk to. They are competitively priced. In fact, when talking to the owner, you don't feel like they're trying to nickel and dime you out of your money. On several occasions, to my surprise, Joey talked me out of unnecessary repairs, even though it would have meant more money for their business. I had a bad experience with WM Rieck Plumbing co, the plumbers behavior was rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them. Honestly was in shock and disbelief at how unprofessional some people can be!:(
