Terrible service. Half the time, they don't shake the can enough and they spill stuff on the street. They won't come back to pick it up until the following week, even though half of the can is still full.

You are reliable in your trash pickup. You never miss a scheduled pickup. Every receptacle is emptied and left right where I wheeled it to the curb. We are thoroughly pleased and never have a complaint to offer. Update - 8/15/26 - We remain very pleased to have WM as our trash contractor!

If I could, I would rate it a negative! When my mother passed I transferred the service to my name and the agent told me I had to use one of their waste cans. Nowhere did she tell me that there is a $75 pickup fee or a $17 “energy” fee as well when I cancelled. I was paying monthly and when I went to cancel the service I was paid up until March! 3 more months.
