Prior to this new one man and a truck, which requires that we use WM overweight, difficult containers, my service was excellent and I never had an issue. The men were professional and NEVER left debris behind after the pick up. Now, the side machine grabs the huge container, dumps it into the top of the vehicle and if there is a wind, or it fails to totally empty, that debris ends up on the street or in the yards. They miss our trash pickup regularly and have horrible service. They refuse to come back and schedule missed pickups. They no longer take calls for customer support. They make the process so difficult to get a resolution that you just have to suck it up and wait another week by design. They almost tripled their prices since 2020 and service has gotten exponentially worse.
