I always have a really wonderful experience at Wm's... beautiful to sit inside or out - you can't go wrong.
On May 20, 2026, I had the opportunity to stop by Mulherin’s Sons in Fishtown with a friend. It was my first time and I was blown away. We sat at the bar and this was an experience I will not soon forget. You see, both my friend and I have worked in the hospitality industry for decades combined, and we were amazed at the bartender working. The service was nice, and the cozy ambiance near the wood-fired pizza oven was enjoyable. We ordered the Jawn Pizza and Flank Steak. Although I requested my steak medium, it came out medium rare, and for $44, I expected better taste. The Jawn Pizza had an unwelcome hint of sweetness, but the focaccia bread was excellent and the highlight of the meal. Overall, the restaurant was beautiful, but the food didn't match the high prices.
Good drinks, great food & pet friendly!! Honestly? This place has it all. The grilled octopus is an absolute must-order — don't even think about skipping it. Pair it with one of their cocktails and you've got yourself a proper evening. The outdoor seating is pet-friendly which makes the whole vibe even better — good food, good drinks, and your furry mate by your side. What more do you need? Pro tip: book a table if you're going on a weekend — it's popular for a reason and walk-in waits can be real.
