The first time was the week before my wedding when I needed something done to the rings and they delivered in time for our wedding. This time, I took my ring in because I thought one of the prongs was bent. Turns out, I had some chlorine damage to the gold which was 100% on me (I didn’t know this was a thing, but it totally is).
