They are fabulous! My ring broke & while there to be soddered I asked them to give it a once over... they replaced a few prongs too. My ring the the wedding ring my dad gave my mom so I’m glad they take such good care of it when I need them.

This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced remarkable customer service from the folks at Wm Marken. The first time was the week before my wedding when I needed something done to the rings and they delivered in time for our wedding. This time, I took my ring in because I thought one of the prongs was bent. Turns out, I had some chlorine damage to the gold which was 100% on me (I didn’t know this was a thing, but it totally is).
