EASY FAST CHEAP LOCAL I have tried to go to independent mechanics before and honestly was disappointed because they're very busy and don't have space, and sometimes just do not do a good job. I proudly own a beater that costs me nothing in insurance and repairs. But when the engine light turned on, I went to Midas as usual and they quoted me with $3000 in repairs?? I've been going to WM for more than a decade. Walid is not only a brilliant mechanic, he's scrupulously honest. I cannot say enough good things about him.
They are honest and friendly. I've been taking my cars all the way from South Pasadena for the last 6 years. No doubt in my mind they are the best of LA.
