Dr Louise Hogan is not only a skilled periodontist, but she is such a lovely person too. Even though I don’t see her too often, she always remembers things about me and asks about them. This shows that she genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve seen Dr Louise at both Hurstville and Bondi Junction. I highly recommend her.
Poor Appointment Booking system. Tried to cancel an appointment for Monday via text message (sent Friday) but did not receive any confirmation about the cancellation and still, clinic sent another message 30 mins after to confirm about my appointment. Tried to call the clinic but they're already close. Went to the scheduled appointment thinking that it was not cancelled, but it really was cancelled.
