Everyone was kind and professional. My nurse was amazing. We were in the waiting room for no more than two minutes before they called us back. They explained everything to my husband thoroughly. He knew what was happening every step of the way.
Everyone from the front desk , Jessie, to the doctors, especially Dr Mainous, were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. And my appointments were super fast, I was in and out in less than 30 min every time. He also is honest...he said I didn't need surgery and he allowed me to just heal and he saw me thru the healing.
They are superb!!! They care about their patients. I couldn't have had a better doctor and staff to take care of me.
Dr Mainous is the best surgeon and doctor I have ever had. He truly cares and listens to what you say. My surgery was hard and I am a long way from a full recovery and he has listened and never questioned or made me feel anything but full support from him. He checked on me everyday and truly blew me away with his caring. His nurse, Shelly, is the most amazing, nice, hilarious, and best person. Jesse at the front desk is a true gem.
