Staff was extremely helpful and caring about my comfort.
We went there 3/21/2026 for my 7 yr old. I’ve been here multiple times before and never had a problem and they are usually friendly. That day, however, my daughter’s nurse was NODDING OUT while taking my daughter’s vitals!!!! Thankfully dr Brice was super sweet and took care of my daughter but OMG WAS I PISSED! It takes one careless mistake to ruin or even kill someone! Lord knows what she was writing in my child’s charts while she was obviously under the influence of something. NOT OK!
Front desk worker on 3-24-25 was very rude and expected a 9 month pregnant woman and child to stand in waiting room with no empty chairs instead of sitting in car to wait for check in, never opened glass window when speaking through it. Poor customer service
First, I will say that we got there close to closing(around 6:30), and I also understand that the staff are people who of course get tired. However, the overall experience was past HORRIBLE! I took my toddler in because she had a small piece of apple stuck in her nose. She’s a TODDLER, so of course she’s scared when anyone comes close to her with a bright light. Service was excellent. All the workers were courteous, and you felt like you were receiving personal care. It was quick and efficient.
