The most experienced custom home builder in the Auburn area.
We have been extremely happy with Bill. He took on a project for us that was very challenging and difficult to bid (custom home with poorly designed walking decks / balconies that were leaking and causing water intrusion issues). He ended up coming in under budget, and the new decks are warrantied and look incredible. Bill has been a pleasure to work with, has great attention to detail, and a good group of workers / subcontractors. We plan to use him for all our projects going forward.
RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DESCRIMINATING! I called politely and said Good morning, I have some awnings to remove. He replied so rudely and very irritated and mad: "HOW DID YOU GET MY NUMBER?" I replied; "On Google" He replied: WE DON'T DO THAT KIND OF WORK. SOUNDS LIKE A TRAILER PARK" Then he HUNG UP THE PHONE on me! What he didn't know is these awnings were custom wrought iron costing thousands on a multi-million dollar custom home. He lost a huge job and more work from us and others.
