Terrible company. They don't stand behind their products. Pull down screen barely used and now broken. Total garbage - avoid at all cost. My partner's name is in your system. Not in BC. We have what is clearly a manufacturing defect and our dealer said you won't fix it. Again avoid this company at all cost. $3K down the drain.
Worked with technician James for some custom screens, please give that guy a raise. Attentive, timely, lovely to work with and the screens look great!
