Booked a service, as ive never had to get Screens done and they suggested having someone come by for aluminum framed windows. They never called to tell us they were running behind, we had to call to check we didnt mix up the day. They then told us the tech was running behind but would be on his way shortly, but they never arrived or called to let us know. Great service, we are very happy with our solar screens. Definitely recommend this place, although they are busy!
Terrible company. They don't stand behind their products. Pull down screen barely used and now broken. Total garbage - avoid at all cost. My partner's name is in your system. Not in BC. We have what is clearly a manufacturing defect and our dealer said you won't fix it. Again avoid this company at all cost. $3K down the drain.
