Todd Hartupee, owner of Wizard Pools, took A $2800 deposit for a custom pool cover from me and never supplied the product. He also took my old safety cover. I am filing suit against Todd and Wizard Pools. Do not use this company. Bob S. Chesterfield. 6/21/20
I wish I could give them a zero! My boyfriends grandparents made an appointment yesterday at 9:00am to have their pool opened and they never came out. His grandparents are in Florida so my boyfriend and I went over to their house to wait for the pool company. It was 2:15 and still no one showed up. His grandparents called them a few times and they never answered. My boyfriend called them twice and no answer. Horrible company, they have already switched to someone better.
Our home warranty company requested we use their service.. No one ever came out to repair our pool. We called twice and sent an email as well. They told us to text them pictures, we did, no one ever set up an appointment. When you call, you are lucky to get a person to answer the phone. I was not impressed.
1 is lowest I can't give them, terrible company my home warrenty company made me use them and my heater is still out of service since Memorial Day. They don't answer phone or call back. They will never be allowed in my property again!
