I framed with a manual cutter for 10 years before working on the oldest wizard made. still ran great! I would love a wizard of my own!
I have been using wizard for the last 15 years. I could not think of a better machine to support my business. Not only is it super fast but very accurate. The customer service is unbelievable. They always answer the phone and support you in addition when parts breakdown it’s overnight FedEx over which creates zero stress. ! Highly recommend To any frame shop in order to be able to cut mats for walking complicated mats for CUSTOM orders, etc.!
We’ve been using a Wizard 9000 and honestly it’s been great. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, and I really like that I can import SVG files directly from Adobe Illustrator without any headaches. The machine itself is solid and reliable. It doesn’t take up much space and is portable enough for a small shop like ours. We’ve been able to do some really amazing work with it.
