Technician Blendi was able to easily assess my unique situation that involved the previous home owner connecting a tankless heater to a 40gal gas water heater. Both units were old and the piping was definitely not up to code. Blendi retro fit all the piping with ease and removed the old units. He took the time in the middle of all this to inspect and answer some nagging questions I had about the previous sump pump situation as well. Had a emergency sump pump drain problem, derek came had it fixed and gone in less then 2 hours from when I called on a Saturday. Gave me some options how to improve the set up, no pressure and awaiting the quote. Cannot recommend higher !
