Stopped in today for an oil change in Wixom and had a great experience. The two gentlemen working were friendly, quick, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary add-ons. Another shop told me I’d need a new air filter soon, but they checked and said mine was still fine, which I really appreciated. The bigger gentleman even asked before opening my door -very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I went this morning for my usual oil charge and the mechanic is a wonderful young man….who showed me excellent service and I’ll be back for all future oil changes….great price, trustworthy people and respectful…….
My brake pads and rotors were completely worn and John & Al came to the rescue. I brought it in around 1pm today, and they got the job done in around 5 hours. The customer service here was truly the best I’ve ever received, from good communication, to helping me understand what’s being fixed. After dropping it off, John took me back home and later picked me back up in my car, so I could drive it back with him and give any feedback. I drove in with a flat tire on a Sunday with no appointment, and John helped me right away. He found a nail in my tire and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. On top of that, he even checked under the hood and filled all my fluids—completely going above and beyond. The customer service here is absolutely amazing.
