Horrible i had to return back with in a hour the transmission wouldn’t reverse. The second time was less than a month I end up on the side of the road and the transmission drop out of the car leaking fluids all over the road. I pay 1600 dollar and less than month I was stranded.
No. 1, the man behind the counter (one of the owners, it seemed) was very rude to my wife and I from the time we dropped off our vehicle to when we picked it up, even though we were very polite. No. 2, they waited 24 hours before telling us they wouldn't even attempt the simple transmission repair we clearly explained was needed when we dropped it off. We had to tow it to the dealer instead for what was a pretty straightforward repair. Bottom Line: Rude + Useless = Don't Waste Your Time With WiWi.
