All the reviews on here about Francis are true. He helped me evict some tenants the legal way. The process only took about a month, and he kept us from making the wrong steps that could have resulted in a lawsuit to me. He answered our questions with in minutes at all times, and was always available when we needed him the most. He also helped me w a bad contractor, can't thank him enough!
I recently had to do my first ever eviction with a commercial tenant and Francis Kailey helped me through the whole process which anyone knows can be very daunting. In regards to Francis Kailey I have the highest respect for Mr. Kailey and his ability to resolve problems applying laws to the facts. A dangerous tenant can be very threatening. Mr. Kailey resolved the many problems before and after they occurred in a manner that was easily understood by a layperson, but not at all condescending as he explained all to me. I have such confidence in his legal expertise and chair-side manner. Mr. Kailey understood my problem and was empathetic. I highly recommend him.
I’ve worked with Francis Kailey twice for two different type of services, one for writing up a Will and Living Will and the second occasion for verifying my ID for a sale of a property that was located abroad.
