Francis represented me extremely well, all the way through trial, and we deservedly won the case. He's highly experienced in eviction cases and he was well educated on the ever changing Colorado law regarding evictions. For any landlord who feels it's time to hire an attorney to represent them in a landlord / tenant dispute, Francis is strong in this area of the law and I highly recommend.

The process only took about a month, and he kept us from making the wrong steps that could have resulted in a lawsuit to me. In regards to Francis Kailey I have the highest respect for Mr. Kailey and his ability to resolve problems applying laws to the facts. A dangerous tenant can be very threatening. Mr. Kailey resolved the many problems before and after they occurred in a manner that was easily understood by a layperson, but not at all condescending as he explained all to me. I have such confidence in his legal expertise and chair-side manner. Mr. Kailey understood my problem and was empathetic. I highly recommend him.
