We had Vinny Dang to our home today to try to correct a duct keeping us awake with the pinging and popping. What a great professional he is! He is very knowledgeable and patient and truly tries to educate the customer on understanding the operation of their heating and cooling systems. If the customers only knew the truth ...worked there for a few years ...no reclaiming refrigerant..and many short cuts and dishonesty towards customers
