Dr Taylor is nice, but her staff is rude. I called to have a root canal redone, and they poor shamed me and treated me badly for not having a crown put on after my original root canal. I explained my husband had just lost his job at the time, we have 3 children, and could not afford the crown. I had gotten a filling instead. The receptionist actually argued with me and stated that if I cannot afford a crown this time, they would not re-do the root canal and I’d have to go elsewhere.

Did not appreciate charging a $25 follow-up fee after spending over $1,000 for the procedure. My Blue Cross insurance was not allowed.
Dr Witt was fantastic! Root canal and no pain whatsoever! My anxiety level prior to the appointment was unfounded. Thank you so much for the lack of excitement during my appointment! Julie
